The above prices do not include travel time, travel costs and expenses. These will be invoiced separately by the provider if applicable. Only your order enquiry is considered binding. The provider has the option to reject your enquiry if, for example, they see a capacity bottleneck, but they can also assign the project to a colleague. The deposit is only due once the provider has confirmed their binding acceptance of the project. In the next step, you can arrange an introductory meeting. If you or the provider decide not to work together after the introductory meeting, you will be required to pay for this meeting. The cost of the meeting will then be deducted from the advance payment and the remainder will be refunded to you.
